General Information: Project SUCCEED is a before and afterschool program in the Conway School District for grades
K-6. Programs include technology, academic, and enrichment opportunities at three sites three hours a day. Our program collaborates with five key community youth-serving organizations to provide relevant, supportive programs. 37 businesses and organizations have also worked with Project SUCCEED offering programming and fundraising support.
Morning Supervision: Before school supervision begins at 7:30 AM - beginning of school day. Children are able to finish homework, play games, participate in simple activities and eat breakfast before the regular school day begins. Students should not arrive at the program any sooner than 7:30 AM.
Academic Block: The academic block is a daily connection between the afterschool program and the students' regular school day. Depending on the needs of the group, staff may lead children through an extension activity, review a concept from earlier in the day, or offer time and support for students to complete their homework or missing classwork.
Enrichment Activities: Daily enrichment activities are offered on a nightly basis to all of our students. These activities range from STEM challenges, literacy lessons, community service projects, health and wellness initiatives and more! Enrichments are offered by our talented staff as well as a variety of community partners such as Tin Mountain, The Conway Public Library, Kennett High School Spanish Honor Society, White Mountain Science Inc, Jackson Ski Touring Foundation and many more!
